This NETEC Patient Care Simulation has five learning objectives.
1. Participants will safely place the patient into the isopod and prepare them for transfer
2. By the end of this immersive the participants will be able to safely transfer and receive a patient with possible VHF from a transporting team
3. They will utilize team work not only within their facility but with and outside team
4. Communication will be maintained between both teams
5. The patient will be transported to and from the facility’s Biocontainment Unit safely and without incident
